FAQ

Can kids use it?

It's designed as an adult lounger, so children should only ever use it with active adult supervision, within depth they're safe in, and wearing appropriate flotation. The motor and controls aren't a toy. When in doubt, an adult drives.

Will it pop or wear out like a cheap float?

This isn't dollar-store vinyl. It's made from reinforced commercial-grade, UV-stabilised PVC designed to take real use and sun without going brittle. Treat it reasonably — rinse after saltwater, keep it off sharp edges — and it's built to come back season after season.

What's the weight limit?

It's rated to comfortably support most adults. It's a genuine adult-sized lounger, not a kids' pool toy — the reinforced base and chambers are built to hold a grown adult reclined with room to spare.

Is it actually easy to set up, or is it a hassle?

There's a little assembly the first time, and we'd rather be upfront about it. You inflate the chambers with the included electric pump (a couple of minutes, not lung power), then click the battery and motor connectors together — they're keyed so they only fit one way. After your first go it's quick and second-nature.

Can I use it in saltwater or at the beach?

Yes — it's built for pools, lakes, and beaches with light surf. One honest must-do: saltwater and ocean spray are hard on any motor, so give the unit a quick freshwater hose-down after every saltwater use. Thirty seconds of rinsing is the difference between it lasting seasons and wearing out early.

How long does it run on a charge?

You'll get a solid lounging session per charge. Real talk: actual runtime depends on conditions — wind, current, the weight aboard, and how much you're steering versus drifting all pull from the battery. Take it easy and you'll stretch it; push it constantly and you'll get less. A spare charge on hand means you're never cut short.

How do I charge it?

The battery recharges with the included charger from any standard wall outlet — no proprietary dock or special equipment. Charge it fully before your first use so you start with a full tank

I almost didn't buy it because of the price, then figured I'd try it. So glad I did. Solid build, comfy backrest, and steering around with a drink in the holder is pure relaxation. Feels like a proper bit of kit, not a flimsy pool toy.

Got it for my husband's birthday and he's like a kid with it. He "tests" it every single afternoon now. Setup took a few minutes with the pump and we were good to go. The whole family wants a turn.

I'm a bigger guy and I'm always wary these floats won't take my weight — this one's rock solid, no sagging, dead comfortable. Quick rinse after the lake and it still looks brand new. Couldn't be happier.
